Have you seen the movie 'Bucket List'?

Well, I have had a list long before Hollywood decided it would be a great idea for a movie.


Here is what my Bucket List contains and the status

  •   White water rafting down the Colorado river     -  Completed  1999
  •   Become a private pilot     -  Completed   1977
  •   Pilot a glider                   -  Completed  Sept. 2007
  •   Pilot a Jet Fighter            -  Completed Feb. 16, 2008
  •   Pilot an Ultra-light           - Completed Sept. 2009
  •   Pilot an bi-plane through full aerobatic maneuvers     - scheduled for 2012, my 70th birthday
  •   Fly in a hang-glider          - Still a dream
  •   Go Para-sailing                - Completed 2002
  •   Ride in a hot-air balloon    - Completed 1995
  •   Pilot a helicopter              -  - scheduled for 2012, my 70th birthday
  •   Pilot a Blimp                    -  Good luck with this one.
  •   Drive around the Indy Racetrack     -  Completed   1969   (gotta do this one again, only faster)
  •   Skydive                          -  Completed   Sept 2007
  •   SCUBA Dive                    -  Certified   May 1987
  •   Swim with great white sharks (shark cage)    - Still a dream
  •   Swim with Dolphins          - Completed Dec 2007 in Tortola
  •   Traverse the Panama Canal      - Completed Dec. 2007
  •   Stand on the North Pole          - Still a dream
  •   Travel to Antarctica and walk among the penquins     - Still a dream
  •   Travel to South America    -  I have been to Columbia
  •   Go to the top of the Golden Gate Bridge south tower.   - Completed 1992
  •   Write a best selling novel       - I wrote "Vigil" in 2012.   If it becomes a bestseller remains to be seen
  •   Bungee jump off of the Stratosphere in Vegas   -  scheduled for 2012, my 70th birthday
